THE ELEVENTH AMENDMENT TO DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE No. 89/KMK.04/2002 ON PROCEDURES FOR EXEMPTION FROM IMPORT DUTY AND EXCISE ON THE IMPORT OF GOODS FOR THE NEED OF INTERNATIONAL AGENCIES AS WELL AS THEIR OFFICIALS ASSIGNED IN INDONESIA

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE,

Considering:

a. that the Ministry of Home Affairs and Islamic Relief signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on March 6,2003;

b. that based on recommendation of the Head of International Technical Cooperation Bureau (KTLN) of the State Secretariat No.KL.05.00/UMPP/2570 dated June 30,2006, Islamic Relief can be stipulated as an international organization;

c. that based on the considerations as meant in letters a and b, it is necessary to stipulate a regulation of the Minister of Finance on the Eleventh Amendment to Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 89/KMK.04/2002 on Procedures for Exemption from Import Duty and Excise on the Import of Goods for the Need of International Agencies and their officials assigned in Indonesia;

In view of:

1. Law No. 10/1995 on Custom Affairs;

2. Law No. 11/1995 on Excise Affairs;

3. Presidential Decree No. 20/P/2005;

4. Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 89/KMK.04/2002 on Procedures for Exemption from Import Duty and Excise on the Import of Goods for the Need of International Agencies and their officials assigned in Indonesia as already amended several times and the latest by Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 64/PMK.04/2006;

DECIDES:

To stipulate:

THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ON THE ELEVENTH AMENDMENT TO DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE No. 89/KMK.04/2002 CONCERNING PROCEDURES FOR EXEMPTION FROM IMPORT DUTY AND EXCISE ON THE IMPORT OF GOODS FOR THE NEED OF INTERNATIONAL AGENCIES AS WELL AS THEIR OF`ICIALS ASSIGNED IN INDONESIA.

Article I

To amend Attachment I point IV of Decree of the Minister of Finance No.No. 89/KMK.04/2002 by supplementing one number, namely Number 34 so that point IC entirely reads as follows:

Article II

The regulation shall come into force as from the date of stipulation.

For public cognizance, the regulation shall be published by placing it in State Gazette of the Republc of Indonesia.
